At 16ARLINGTON, we offer a 14-day return policy for all full-priced items provided they are returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings and intimate apparel are non-returnable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original 16ARLINGTON packaging, ensuring all original tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team has inspected and approved the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
